# Marketplace

In the **marketplace** users can access and **acquire** **NFTs** that are offered by other members of the community. Any user will be able to **list their NFTs** at any price they want.

The marketplace will have **two different sections**: one for users that want to buy or sell **heroes,** and another one for users that want to buy or sell **items**.

A 6**% fee** will be added to the listing price of every NFT in our marketplace. This fee go to the rewards pool.

There will also be a **dynamic filter** available for users to find any specific land or property:

* Order by price
* Order by level
* Filter by age
* Filter by power
* Filter by ID
* Filter by stats
* Filter by race
* Filter by divinity
* Filter by type (only items)
